Hi There,
I have a Canon MX340 multifunction printer and Fujitsu PC laptop with Window 7 operating. they printer and laptop are connected via Wifi.
All worked well until two days ago.
I can sucesfully scan documents from printer to laptop with Wifi connection. this is OK.
I cannot print documents from Laptop to Wifi. the alert is printer offline.
The printer is connected with Wifi only for scans and not for printing.
Can you please help me? :sigh:

You can download printer driver & software from website than re-install. If you installed with installation disc may not work properly.Please go to Canon.com and search for your device than download software desktop.Also check this printer online if you can see it. Type in the browser printer IP Address then check your connection and other features
