Laptop suddenly started overheating

Hello, I have a problem with my laptop since today. I have never had overheating problems with my laptop even if i played games on it 30+ hours straight. Now its suddenly overheating after 1 hour of gameplay and its also getting really hot much faster than before. It simply didnt get this hot before! I have not changed any settings meanwhile. My laptop is MSI g623. Before i never got CPU temperature 85+ but now it goes all the way to 105 and then autoshutdown. Why do you guys think it started overheating so suddenly??

hi raabish,

have you cleaned the vents out lately with a can of compressed air? could be build up of fibers on the underside of fan and heatsink area.
