Hi,
My laptop randomly crashed earlier today. And now everytime i try to start it up. It seems to be ok then just gets stuck at the blue windows screen. i am able to move the mouse but just can not get any further than this screen!!
I have tried to Boot from disk. But again it gets stuck. I looked on a few websites. that advised i do a repair from the disk. I have tried this but again the computer seems as though it is working then gets stuck.
I am quite baffled as to what i can do. I have no idea what caused this, and how i can get back on to it. I can't even get in to the option that allows me to do a new install of XP.
Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated.
