Yeah, using my HP DV6449us

my mouse seems to be having issues



for instance, when i go to type in a address, it moves a few inches down, and clicks on its own and i have to re type the the address

when i plug in my wireless mouse it doesn't do this, so its the touchpad, it does it when im using the touchpad, it moves in any direction few inches and clicks... i find it doing stupid stuff alot

It sounds like it's your palm touching the touchpad when you go up to type. If that's not it, maybe try reinstalling the driver for it, either from the manufacturer or from Synaptics.

aye you had it dead on... disabled Touch to click fixed it right away, thnx
