My Toshiba Satellite L300 keeps crashing after I put in my password at start up. It started when I opened Mozilla Firefox, my laptop just crashed and now I can't get back on. Every time it turns on it gives me Safe Mode options or to start it up normally, I have chosen all three options but after putting my password in, the screen just goes black and after several minutes the blue screen of death pops up for less than 5 seconds and reboots my laptop. I don't want to lose any of my files, so is there any way I can fix it without losing everything?

> I don't normally use Mozilla Firefox, I normally use Google Chrome, I was just going to clear cookies on Mozilla Firefox but as soon as I opened it, it became unresponsive.
