Run the onboard diagnostics tool and let us know the error. Also communicate the system manufacturer & the operating system.

Check your BIOS to confirm that HDD is in the boot order and is not disabled.
also a screens pops up thats saids windows boot manager
windows boot manager has experienced a problem
file;/boot/bcd
status;0xc0000098
info;the windows boot configuration data file does not contain a valid OS entry

once before it said i had a bad disc in my hard drive
Its told you before you had bad discs and you didn't do anything about it? no bootable device means your hard drive is damaged or dead. If you can run the system utility and try and repair it.

i tried then i just gave up.. its running a pre-boot system assessment build 4108
if that doesn't work then you will most likely need a new hard drive. if the system is under warranty you may have to use it.
its saying the windows boot configuration data file does not contain a valid OS entry
well that either means that windows isn't installed on the computer or that the hard drive is damaged and cant load windows.

If you haven't formatted the hard drive or deleted windows then your hard drive is damaged.

the original error message you have posted suggests your hard disk is knackered.
