I got a new computer about a month ago. Video card, memory, RAM and all that business is fine.
But as of 2 weeks ago I've been getting hit with random lag spikes. I may be browsing the net and out of nowhere I suddenly lag and I have to restart to solve the problem.
Moreover, when I try and play a particular Java based online game it ALWAYS begins to lag just about when I start to play. And then the lag is so bad that even if I close the game the lag still continues.
Any idea how I can solve this problem?
