[Solecs]

Hi there, I have a Kyocera FS-3900 that is having a toner issue. The toner must have burned onto one of the rollers some how so I open it up and find the roller and clean what I could but I couldn't turn the roller so i was limited on what I could do. After that it was better but not great. Later I changed the toner and now when I print it is 10x as worst then it started out being.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to get this toner off the roller?
