Hard Drive: KingFast 2710MCJ15-128 120GB Internal SSD

Okay, so my latest storage-device-related nightmare is my main OS drive, which for some reason decided to stop being recognised by either my main PC or my backup computer the other day. It's only just over a year old, and there weren't any real indications of major problems as far as I could tell.

I've tried the power cycling technique, and even the oven trick, but alas it remains invisible to every device I connect it to.

When removed from its casing and attached to a power source, there are a couple of LEDs that light up, as shown in the picture below, so something's getting power in that drive at least.

It's not easy to see, but there's a stack of three LEDs just to the left of the middle screw-hole at the bottom. It's the top and bottom of these that light up red when the drive is connected to a power supply. My Google-fu failed me when trying to find out what that might indicate though.

So if anybody knows what the lights mean, or has any info at all that may be relevant, I'd appreciate it.

Thanks in advance.
