Keyboard typing multiple characters

Hi, this morning I ran into a problem with my laptop keyboard. Whenever I would type certain characters it would give multiple characters/do different things. For instance when I typed 0 it would give me 9437 and make my web browser go into full screen. Can anybody help me? Thanks
