Hi

One of our users is having a problem whereby he'll be using his laptop, typing away at an email etc then his keyboard will stop responding. The only way to get it working again is by going CTRL-ALT-DEL to get into task manager then cancel. Works normally again for a little while. He's using an external keyboard but when it stops working, even his laptop keyboard wont work.

This is becoming more and more frequent

He's got a new IBM T30 Laptop, Windows 2000 and 256 MB RAM

Any help is appreciated

oh wow

this sounds like what mine does....

i discovered it was my wrist pushing the alt key down, and it would stick
then cntrl+alt+delete would make it unstick.

i took the key out and cleaned it, and it does it alot less now.

if this even helps, ill be shocked..
