I have been using Mozilla firefox w/ google toolbar for months with no problems. I just tried to log on and mozilla closed due to kernel32 dll error. I ran adware and ccleaner. I then uninstalled Mozilla firefox, ran ccleaner again and again. reinstalled firefox but still got kernel32 error. I have redone this process several times: uninstall firefox, run ccleaner numerous times, reinstall firefox. But still get kernel32 error.
I am using Window XP. dont' know what else to include.
Any advice/help is APPRECIATED. I love mozilla firefox and dont' want to go back to IE.Thanks

Hi there

I'm not too sure if this is a hardware problem, a driver problem, an OS problem or Fx causing it.

What if you don't use Firefox, do you still get this problem?

Google Toolbar is known to cause many problems in conjunction with Firefox. Go to the Start menu and find Mozilla Firefox (safe mode) under Programs and launch that up.

See if that causes this problem. Whatever it is, is trying to access this file which is in a protected memory space, this setting off this error.
