I've got a case with a door on the front. Though the door purposefully has a light magnet latch to allow for the cd drive to push it open should I forget, I'd still prefer that the cd drive wait for me to press the eject button instead of just doing it on its own.

I imagine it is a built in routine either in the base of Windows (right-click eject option) which is then used by programs like Nero. Is there a way to disable it.

The end result is that I don't want my CD drive opening at all unless I specifically make it do so (by pressing the external button).

Any ideas how to do this?
