my computer with window xp keep sending packet and cause my internet connection lost~
anyone can help me solve it?
i think it is cause by virus~
but i had no idea how to fix it~

sending packets is normal

having a virus is not. You prevent virus's from attacking you by practicing safe computing, not clicking on email attachments from unknown people but most of all you run updated Antivirus.

start with a online check
HouseCall - Free Online Virus Scan - Trend Micro USA

Then install AVG antivirus which is free.

Try packet sniffer to find out what is being sent.

theboy5015 you are hung up on something that makes no difference. Sending packets isn't why you have no internet.

simple test: ping 202.188.1.5
successful?

what does this mean?
i ad close for window update

You need your computer updated to SP3 or you are vunerable on the internet to MS exploits.

i already solve my problem~
after i install avg antivirus it scan out more than 300 infection~~~>.<
anyway i manage to solve it using antivirus~~~
now everything ok ad~~~

If you had that many infections then I can guarantee you that one scan with AVG is not all that's needed. They will be back apon bootup in one way or another. You should post a new topic in our Virus/trojan and spyware help section. See below link for posting instructions.
