jrew.exe has stopped working

I am trying to install a program called ViaVoice and it gets pretty far but says the program jrew.exe has stopped working

This error message your getting relates to Java Runtime
Try to install or update the latest version of java from Here:

Install and reboot your PC then try to install ViaVoice again

Please post your results
