jpg can not display

I received a jpg image through outlook 2003 from a MAC who create it in quark program. The problem is when I try to view the jpg image I get a message in the window picture and fax viewer , no image available. how do
get this picture to open. I can open other jpg images from any PC computer. I just can not get MAC jpg open.

If you can see the image in the email, right click on it and Outlook to save it. Then you can open it with what ever app you want. If can't see it in the email, you need to tell the Mac person to first .zip the image, then when they attach it to the email, to make sure that "Send Windows friendly attachments" is selected.
