Help

Tilt is fine going down, stopped coming up... when it tries to raise it makes the same noise, but no movement...

Any suggestions please?

If it still goes down but not up you can try to open and close the manual release valve, it's located on the bottom (side) of the trim pump on the starboard side, straight slot screwdriver, do not over tighten! If there's no above normal friction in the tilting of the engine then most likely the pistons have too much friction or the valve body is defective.
