hello all,

I hope someone can help me. I have a Sabre 2148hv mower and it popped the 15 amp power fuse after I stopped running the unit. I replaced the fuse and it started and I drove it to load some mulch in the wagon. I went to move it and it had no power again, the fuse had blown. I replaced the fuse and drove off. When I went to drive back for more mulch there was no power again. I replaced the fuse and this time when I went to start the motor it clicked and blew the fuse right away. The same happened with my last fuse. What could it be??? The starter??? it is not melted or shorted wires I checked that.

think there is a short in the wiring and it got bad quick
un-hook the wire to the starter and try to start it see if it still blows ... that should eliminate the starter as the prob just turn the key to the on position and see if it blows ... then you can dig in to really checking the wires for a ground touching them
