javascript broken

Please, if anyone can help me. On some pages on WEB I recieve message "enable javascript". I download JSC runtime enviroment 1_5_0_10 and nothing happens. I can't read mail on yahoo, I can't print direct from WEB, but I must copy and paste for printing.
All that start happening after virus detection and cleaning. I must've delete something.

Go to Add/Remove Programs and delete the JAVA add-on. Reboot, then reinstall JAVA. See if that fixes it.

Enable java in Control Panel > Internet Options > Advanced, and check your firewall and other security software to see if they are blocking scripts.

I don't have JAVA add-on in Control Panel listed, but J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 10 and J2SE Development Kit 5.0 Update 10.
Java is enabled in Internet Options Use JRE 1.5.0_10.
So nothing above fixed the problem.
