I have trouble with java. Sometimes it works - sometimes it doesn't. This Link http://www.sirius.com/servlet/Conte...dPage&c=Page&cid=1019257316800&si=5_1_1&p1=23 doesn't work for me (click on "listen") . Yet others do. Any ideas? I have tried several combinations of settings in MSIE 6 and Netscape 6. It almost seems as thought it has nothing to do with IE or Netscape - like it's in my OS. Any advice would be appreciated.

Yup - volume is turned up. It's not just that page. many others. It seems to be most prevalant when java sound, pics or movies are available.

Go here and download java and install it.

Are you getting the pop up window that opens when you click on listen?

Nope! No popup at all. When I click on it (or any other such device, i.e., www.cnn.com there is a "video" thingy at the bottom of the screen), I get nothing - not a spinning hour glass or anything. I click and it's like I never did. I see where it's "supposed" to go down in the bottom bar, but I'm ust ieling in neutral :no:

Didn't see your post advising the download. I just did the dl and installed it - no better. I shut down my machine and did a cold boot and still no Java :no:

Go to your Internet Options in the Control Panel and set them like this!
