Everything to do with java inculding the JAVA installer itself won't work and comes with this error

I also tried unistalling JAVA completely using the official java uninstalling tool and reinstall it but it show this error with the JAVA installer as well,
Most sites tell me to do the JAVA_HOME increase allocation thing which I also did.

What Java are you trying to install JVM, JRE?

Also, did you try running the installer as an administrator?
