Hello everyone. I'm here because I need some help with my Itunes on my computer (Windows xp) For some reason, everytime I try to open it, it gives me two error messages. 'The procedure entry point DdEntry 10 could not be located in the dynamic link library DDRAW.dll." and "itunes was not installed correctly please re-install itunes"
as guided by the apple support community i have un-installed and re-installed itunes over ten times possibly but still to no avail :-(
