hi experts there is a scenario . I have a computer named server and it ip is 192.168.0.5 and a live ip xxxxxxxx which is a private ip. on this system my oracle middle wear is running.
I just want that people may access my application which is running on 'server' through public ip. Is it possible. If it is. then how. Please help me out.

It is. You can configure your computer/server to be set with a particular DNS server. You can buy DNS hosts via DDNS ( DYN - Managed DNS | Email Delivery | SMTP | Domain Registration). You sign up for an account, set it up on your router, server, or a NAS system and point to the application you need.

If your IP changes for whatever reason, all you do is log onto your account on DYN and then update your public IP address and it's back up and working within 5 minutes.
