Issue claiming in-game app video ads

Hi everyone,

I am having an issue with in-games video adds. Meaning i can not open free crates or cases, because the video just won't play.
It is happening with all my apps, for example: World War 2, Mr Autofire, ..
Normally you get a 30 second video and then you get some 'reward' or 'common case' to open.
But lately the video just won't open. I tried resseting all my setting, reinstalled the app. but nothing works.
If someone know how to solve this issue, i would be glad.
