issing or Corrupted Windows\System32\Config

Hi, I have a ASUS EEE pc 1005 HA and when try to boot up get error message that reads \Windows\System32\Config\System is missing or corrupted. The netbook has no cd rom or any way to use disk. Can you please help me to fix this without having to blast it.
