I have been having problems with my PC not shutting down, ie hanging at "Windows is shutting down". Hasnt done it for a few weeks but did it last night. I found this in the application error log thing. Is this whats up?

Any way I can find out which application or service it is? I am running Norton systemworks and suspect that.
