Amongst many other issues I have with my android, when I reset it I get this message, it says it has to optimize over 100 apps before it can restart. Is this normal?

Here’s another program on my other phone, I have no idea what it is, bug2go??
Another one circular, just weird apps listed as system apps.

This is not a topic for the Virus/Trojan/Spyware help forum, so I have moved it to the General Computer Security forum where you're likely to get more replies to your question.

As I do not own or use a "Smart Phone" myself, I am unable to help you personally, but I would expect that the number of Apps that would need to re-install/optimse after a reset, would depend on how many you had installed prior to you performing that reset.

Hi my personally never ran into that when you factory reset it just brings it back to when you first got it. Doesn’t keep any apps that you installed. What’s make and model of your phone?
