e-Trust online spyware scanner found it in the C:\Documents and Settings\My Computer\Menu Start\Program Files\Startup\ and it is not in the registerdatabase is it right it is a trojan downloader?

No..not a trojan. Is however a registration scheduler file/entry. It makes contact with the internet and can be used to display ads from whatever program is using it. Is considered a security risk...so we remove it's entry from the startup folder so it dosn't start when the system boots.
