It's a combo with his CPU: Newegg.com - Computer Parts, PC Components, Laptop Computers, LED LCD TV, Digital Cameras and more!

For the same price you can get this Seasonic one, which is bronze-rated and has 20w more.
Newegg.com - SeaSonic S12II 620 Bronze 620W ATX12V V2.3 / EPS 12V V2.91 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply

A good GIGABYTE alternative motherboard can be found here:
Newegg.com - GIGABYTE GA-Z68A-D3H-B3 LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
The ASRock has slightly superior features and so far the company appears to be making good quality boards, but their customer service is noticeably inferior to GIGABYTE and ASUS. The only reason I bought ASRock for mine was compatibility with my processor, which won't be an issue for you.

Also, I know HDD prices suck right now but 160gb is way too slim
Newegg.com - Western Digital Caviar Blue WD5000AAKX 500GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive
^ that one is 5.556 gb per dollar, yours is 2.286. Much better pricing and is 6.0gb/s whereas your is only 3gb/s.

I think you're going to be very happy with your build.

unfortunately the Corsair GS & CX series of units are not on par with the Corsair name & reputation and I advise you avoid them.
