Is everything clean/ok? VIRTUMONDE

Hi. recently my PC has been acting funny, meaning it has been loading alot of rundll32.exe and svchost.exe. Well I found out I had Virtumonde (eek) and used a number or proggys to remove it... I think it has been removed, not sure though. Also used Vundo7 and it found it and deleted it then I ran again and it did not find it. I always have 7 svchost.exe's now!! So that leaves me with my question...is my PC clean? at least from this Virtumonde? can you tell by my HijackThis log? any feedback greatly appreciated! ray:
