Irritating System crashes....

K, so I have dial up internet (AOL) because i live in the middle of nowhere, and we dont get DSl out here....So everytime I disconnect from the AOL dial up the PC crashes and reboots itself with an error message that says Windows has Recovered From a Serious Error....In the error log this is what is shown..

I tried the Microsoft help pages and whatnot, and they dont have anything about this there and the crashes are EXTREMELY annoying, can anyone help me out plz?

Turn off auto reboot first:

# Right click My Computer.
# Choose Properties.
# Click the Advanced tab from the systems properties page.
# In the Startup and Recovery portion choose Settings.
# Under system failure remove the checkmark next to Automatically restart.

Then, it should give you a BSOD instead of restarting. Post the BSOD error in full. (I believe it will be a little different than what you already posted, but I may be wrong - just let me know)

Also, navigate to C:/Windows/minidump. If there are any .dmp files in there - please zip all of them up into one file and upload that.
