Here is my config:
PCI SLot 1 - Empty
PCI Slot 2 - Empty
PCI Slot 3 - Promise ide ata133 controller card
PCI Slot 4 - SB Live
PCI Slot 5 - 3com 905b-tx

Here are a7v pci irq sharing information

PciSlot 1 - PCI Slot 5, USB, Promise Controller
PCISlot 2 - AGP
PCISlot 3 - Audio (onboard) and Firewire
PCISLot 4 - No IRQ Sharing
PCISlot 5 - PCI slot1 , USB . and promise controller

See any reasons why i would be getting blue screen of death with IRQ overlap problems????? please help or give ideas if you can . thx

I'm not sure, I was just wondering if any body had any ideas. I've heard that XP does some virtual sharing of irq's but I don't really know all that much about what I'm diggin into here. My system is relitable stable, with only these crashes once and a while.. almost at random times too.

Since W2K/XP is specifically designed to share interrupts, I think I'd put my diagnostic time into a more probable cause of your issues, I really doubt this is it.
