When I try to enable the voice over on my shuffle the message there is no disk in the drive j comes up. I have established that the drive j is the ipod. I am able to sync. the ipod to itunes and transfer my songs but not the voice over kit. I have installed the voice over kit on my ipod from another computer but as soon as I transferred a new song the voice over function is not working correctly and I cannot reinstall in from my computer as the same message keeps coming up - There is no disk in drive j - I have windows xp. Thank you.

Hi SeaGreen,

Welcome along.

I would either contact apple or try a MAC forum for this as this looks to be device/iTunes specific.
