hey, im M4dSk1llz, and i own an ipod "mini". Ive had it about 6months and 2 weeks, and unfortunatly, it wont turn on and 2 computers dont reconise it in order to charge it. However last i knew, "not last night, but night before) i had disconnected it, and it was fully chared, but yesterday it wouldnt turn on or be reconised by the pc i tried all the adviceo n apple forums, then left it for 24hrs, in order to try it again today. Nothing worked again, and now i need to send it away for repair. However my friend unfortunatly dropped it 9 weeks or so ago, giving it, 2 dents in the back and a few scratches on the front (slight scratches and 2 small groups of about 3 1mm dents, 2 of them = 2 dents)

The warrenty says it wont be fixed unless it is in its unused condition... I mean what am i meant to do.... I dont want to have wasted £140 on it... but it cant be fixed....

I will assume that you have performed the special reset for your mini (requires holding down two specific buttons)

since that didnt work, have you emailed or called an apple tech support line? they are very helpful, and will be able to send you to the proper channels to get your mini fixed (that is assuming an actual failure occured, and you didnt drop it in a toilet, or use it as a parking block for your vehicle)

Hey, ill give the apple tech support line a try, but do you havet he email / phoneline number (UK), i cannot find it ANYWHERE on the apple.com/support website. :4-dontkno
