Iolo system mechanic scan (free)

Hi folks, I use the above scan to clear out all the rubbish on my computer. after clearing everything out, I always get this message: Your Internet configuration is not optimised for maximum speed. Netbooster optimises various settings to suit you type of Internet connection. My Internet connection is via Ethernet and, I have visited Netbooster and I am afraid that it is a mystery to me.
