If it's block by your schools network then there's not much you can do unless you want to move out.

Im living on a student doorm wich is conected to municipalitis network wich the school is also using.
The problem is that the network blocks steam and PSN, so i cant play online with my PS3
The netwok is 10 mbs, and i have a own switch in my room.
