Internet was running superslow & also added antispywareexpert by accident

The internet was running super slow
Firefox was really slow and explorer was slow but not as slow as firefox.
Tried to do a system restore. Said system resture was unable to restore save point.
Managed to restore by going through safe mode.
But the problem is still there.
I dont know how, but I stupidly installed antispywareexpert.
Now not only is the internet superslow but I have these popups appearing from antispywareexpert.
I have installed hijackthis and am including the log.
Please help.

I am also getting the following error from time to time:
""The instructions at "0x77124920" referenced memory at "0x77124920". The memory could not be "read".
Click on OK to terminate the proram""

I install and ran ad-aware personal & spybot search and destroy but no differece.
I installed a himachi application and I think it might possibly have got something to do with that.
