I suspect that you have been hijacked by a browser helper that's tinkering with your web browser.

Well, you could try removing all the BHO's, since that's the most common exploit.

I have to say, I don't have a lot of experience with hijacked browsers, since I try to stop those threats at the door, and I've been pretty successful so far.
