Need some more info. What is your OS? Are you wireless or hardwire? What are the make and model numbers of your Router and Modem? Are there any red x's or yellow flags in the Device Manager next to your network adapter? Open a command prompt and type the following without the quotes and paste all the results back here, "ipconfig /all".
