after my computer finishes loading up when i click on the i.e. icon it pops up and then freezes, so i try closing it and opening up a new one and it does the same thing so after 10 mins of using the ctrl+alt+delete and closing it out and tryin again it finally works but could it be spyware or something ???

Download HijackThis, and submit the full log to the HijackThis Forum so that the analysis there can help you get rid of whatever infection you may have.
