I have a Windows 7 Pro 64-bit machine with Internet Explorer 11. When I try to open up a particular web page, it doesn't display the page, and just appends a '#' character to the end of the web address. I tried downgrading to IE10, Resetting IE settings, disabling add-ons, adjusting security settings, uninstalling IE completely (Turned off Windows feature via Control Panel) then reinstalling, all to no avail.

I'm really at my wits end here, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

What page is it? Is it your own website possibly?

The problem was caused by your website designer. They should know how to fix it. It's a Java code problem.

I ran Malwarebytes. It detected a few items and I quarantined them, but still same problem.
