Hello, I'm new to these forums and have never posted before I read over the rules just to make sure everything I posted was fine. Sorry in advance for the length of the post I just figured I should give as much info as possible in one shot, anything I wasn't sure about I just posted anyway just to be safe. I just want to say thanks in advance for any help that anybody can provide, I've been struggling with this issue trying to resolve it on my own and have just hit a wall and am out of ideas, I really appreciate any help form anybody willing to take the time and am very thankful to you.
The problem: I'm having trouble with my internet connection, about three weeks ago this started and everything was fine before, I took a break from gaming to study for exams so the occasional disconnect didn't bother me too much. Nothing was installed and nothing changed with the computer or router/modem, it just started happening one day. Basically the connection will completely disconnect from the router from time to time, it continually times out, and I'm no longer able to play online video games because of the connectivity issues and the lag associated. If it was a little lag it wouldn't be bad but sometimes it will lag out for a good 30 seconds to a minute and sometimes just completely disconnect form game servers.
Some info about my network and computer setup: I'm not sure if it matters but my computer is a desktop running windows 7 and I built it myself, the list of parts are here Intel Core i5-2400, Asus Radeon HD 6870, Cooler Master HAF 912 - System Build - PCPartPicker. I'm at college and live with 7 other roommates so there is a lot of network activity, in total 9 computers, 5 smartphones, and 2 xbox live users. It's an older three story house and I live on the top floor, but have not had previous major connectivity issues. Other than the occasional connectivity issues only one other person in the house experiences this and he has a windows laptop(it's running vista or 7 I can't remember). The other person who experiences this lives on the first floor of the house 15 feet away from the router, so I don't think it's the distance but I don't know how to test this because I can't move the modem or the desktop. I usually stay connected to the 5GHz as it is noticeably faster and the 2.4GHz can sometimes give me connection issues.
List of things I have tried: (I'm willing to retry anything If it could have possibly been done wrong or you think it will help)

I followed the format for the posting requirements, which I have put in bold to help with ease of reading and organization.
It is a wireless connection issue.
Here are the results from ipconfig/all output.

My ISP is Optimum.
My broadband connection is Cable.
The make and model of my router is Netgear WNDR3400, and my modem is Arris TM802G. (I also have a new extra Cisco Linksys E2500 router that has only been used once for a day until they delivered our free one. If it can be used to improve the connection or if it would make a better router I can use that if you think it would help. If it doesn't matter I would rather not use it because things tend to get broken on the first floor of my house.)
My anti-virus, security or firewall software is AVG free version and windows firewall.
Thanks again to anyone who can take the time to read my lengthy drawn out post to help. =D

List of things I have tried: (I'm willing to retry anything If it could have possibly been done wrong or you think it will help)
- Turning off the modem/router for 30 seconds.
- Restarting the computer.
- Running "ping yahoo.com -t" in the command prompt, I have attached the results.
- Checking the drivers on my network devices in the device manager(even hidden ones). Two hidden devices were updated from sites that Microsoft didn't trust but I did it anyway because I was getting desperate. The updated devices were "WAN Miniport (IKEv2)" and "WAN Miniport (SSTP)".
- Running a program called GFI LanGuard that I found from google, although I'm not entirely sure what it's supposed to do or if I ran it correctly.
- Changed the channels for my 2.4GHz and 5GHz connections on my router preforming multiple speed tests on each. The results fluctuated for all channels on the 5GHz channel so much that I'm still not sure which channel to run.
- Ran Meraki WiFi Stumbler to see what channels are crowded in the area.
- Tried disabling windows firewall and the time out's still occured.
- Tried moving the router and modem around as much as the cords would let me to see if that made a difference.
- Tried uninstalling ASRock XFast Lan to see if that helped.
- Have been constantly running a program called DU Meter I found on google, I'm not sure what to do with the information it provides though.
- Have done full virus scan with AVG and used the free trial of AVG system cleanup to see if that helped.
- I noticed that the "Microsoft Teredo Tunneling Adapter" in the Device Manager under Network adapters had a yellow exclamation point and the status said "This device cannot start. (Code 10)" so I stupidly followed some advice online telling me to uninstall the driver so I could install a newer version or something. I tried to but it uninstalled and disappeared. I then found more instructions on how to get it back and now it's appended with a #2 next to it and still has the yellow exclamation. I was told it doesn't matter and that it's just for IPv6 but I'm not entirely sure what that means and I don't know if it's the reason for the disconnection or not. I have attached a screen cap of it. Some of the hidden devices also have #2 appended to them and I'm not sure if they were like that before so I included them in the screen cap although they have no yellow exclamation.
- There are more but I can't remember them, its been a long and exhausting process =(.
Attached Files:
- I have run some Wifi-info program I found on a forum, it might have been this forum and it's called "netsh_lan_wlan_11-2011__jcgriff2_" so I attached the results.
- The timeout info from running "ping yahoo.com -t".
- Screen cap of the "Microsoft Teredo Tunneling Adapter" and the hidden network devices.
- The screen cap of Xirrus as requested in the format for posting. (Please excuse the names of the wifi networks, my roommates voted on a name and MDP won, the other name isn't ours. My apologies.)
