Internet Connected but Mozilla Firefox will not load pages
Hi all!!
This is my first time on a forum so please excuse me if i do not give enough information. Let me know and i'll post it again
My problem is related to the Internet Browsers Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer. One day I opened my Laptop as usual and Mozilla Firefox wouldn't open any webpage. It simply said 'done' in the bottom left hand corner. Sometimes it would open a page but it will be painfully slow and the pictures and videos wouldn't load at all.
Skype and Messenger connect but are extremely slow and it seems that the wirless connection is only receiving half of the packets it sends.....
I really am at a loss with this. I have no trace of Norton Anti Virus anywhere on my laptop. (after searching through a basic find file and folders search on my computer). In addition The windows firewall allows Mozilla Firefox and the proxy settings are all ok (Unchecked). Is there a chance that this could be a virus??
