Is there a way to monitor all internet activity, expecially outgoing, to the level of detail that I can tell which program is sending out messages on the internet, and which programs are requesting information?
There is a lot of activity, unwanted on my part, that I would like to be able to monitor, and possibly prevent.

Glasswire does a pretty good job of getting down to "who's doing what."

And that's even with the free version.

Hi, there is an other way, open a cmd prompt as admin and copy paste:-

echo > 0 & netstat -a -n -o >> 0 & tasklist /v >> 0 & echo >> 0 & notepad 0

You can use the PID number to check the process it relates to in the last notepad window, or post it here if you want more info.
