one of the salesmen here are having problems with their email. They use a Lenovo Thinkpad R61 intel centrino Duo, 1.6 ghz, 1gb ram, Windows XP service pack 2, Microsoft office 2003.

Emails sent internally are slow to open at recipient but external emails (sent to customers) are fine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
