Interland the WORST web space provider!!

So for the past 6 months it has been really SLOW to log on and upload pages to my Interland hosted website. Then for the last 2 days I can't EVEN log on with FrontPage. It times out after 5 minutes. I complained and each time they respond a few hours later saying everything is working fine. Finally after complaining a few more times I get this response....

Your site is allotted 100 MB and your site is using 352 MB. Your site is being reported to our Abuse Dept. which will give you a week to either, move/upgrade to another hosting plan, upgrade to a dedicated server, or to delete files/folders from your site.

They are full of crap. I had 95 MB. I know this for a fact because I copies all my files onto a folder on my desktop and checked.

Next they added this...

after further researching your issue, the site is holding space with mp3, real audio files, and real media files. None of these platforms are supported on the server.

Well that's funny because people have been downloading media files off my site (hosted by them) for 10 years!

So screw these incompetent idiots. I am packing up and moving to LunarPages.com
End of nightmare!
