I was wondering if my voltage was too high,

Yes, My CPU is overclocked but I don't know if that voltage is to high for the overclock.

What are your temps like? Did you set the voltage to 1.424 or did it default to that? If your temps look good under full load I wouldn't worry about it. Otherwise, just take it down a little and stress test. It's going to be different for every mobo/chip. I run my
E8400 at 400 fsb for 3.6 ghz oc on stock voltage and it's fine.

Yea, I set it to about 1.35 but it seems to have set itself to the current voltage. My temps under 100% load(ORTHOS about 8hours) was just around 59c.

Voltage specs for the E8400 is 0.85V to 1.3625V

A lot of newer boards will increase voltages automatically as you raise the fsb. 59c is just fine. I would leave it there. Sounds like you have good cooling. You might check temps in bios and make sure the north bridge is cool as well, but sounds like a good oc to me. :wave:

Thanks Also, I still only have Stock cooling.. This is probably the only reason I'm sticking with intel..

Also, what temp do you recommend stopping at? Someone one here said 60c thats why I stopped there.

Stop there I like to keep them under 60c myself.
