intel dg41RQ do not boot from USB flash memory !!!!

Hi all.

I buy a Intel DG41RQ and when I want to install SO Windows 7 using a flash memory, don´t boot. i test the flash in another machine and it work....and i configure the bios to boot from usb, but the screen keep black

install using a DVD make not problem....

any help???
