Intel Core 2 Quad or Q6600 or AMD Phenom II X4?

Should i get the Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115017

or or AMD Phenom II X4- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103471

im looking at this chart and it says the Phenom is faster, but what do you guys say?

also, if you say phenom, what AMD motherboard can beat this 780i?

sry, i dont know much about AMD haha. ive always gone intel..

Id choose the C2D E8400 over both of them.

However the Q6600 is still a good CPU, Mine is running at 3.5Ghz and i havent had any problems. It flys along nice.
