Would any one please advise of the processor this board was made for?
I tried the Intell website, and learned that the 440bx agp chipset supports PentiumII ,III and the Celeron. With nothing specific about the "AR".

I believe that specific part number is a Dell part number. If this is a Dell machine, I'd check with them. It's also a 66mhz memory bus, you may want to consider a MB upgrade if you're going to put out some money for upgrades.
